Davis Housing Services is a comprehensive local homestay placement agency for UC Davis and Extension Center. We are located in the heart of the downtown City of Davis, California.  Our homestay services are for international students.

We are engineers, medical physician, web designers, homemakers, writers, and small business owners, etc. with many unique experiences and backgrounds.  We are also Certified Residential Specialists (CRS), real estates agents, and real estates brokers that are fully licensed and insured to operate and handle many forms of residential leases, contracts, agreements, and transactions in the State of California.

With years of experience in working with international programs, we apply personal attention, professionalism, excellent service to provide international students with a firsthand experience in American multi-cultural  living environment and immersion to English and Davis traditions.
